1. Eligibility & Registration

• Age Brackets: Participants must compete in the age division corresponding to their age. Proof of age (birth certificate) may be requested.

• Registration: All participants must be registered and have all fees paid in full prior to the start of the competition.

• Check-in: Participants must check in at the registration desk at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time.

2. Competition Rules & Scoring

• Events: The competition consists of the event(s) you are registered for.

• Official Equipment: Perfect Game will provide official baseballs. Players must use Perfect Game certified bats. All bats are subject to inspection.

• Scoring: All decisions made by official scorers and judges are final. In the event of a tie, a sudden death round will occur.

• Conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct, including foul language or equipment throwing, will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

3. Safety & Equipment

• Protective Gear: All participants must wear a batting helmet during hitting and base-running events.

• Physical Fitness: By entering, the participant (or guardian) warrants that the athlete is in good physical health and capable of participating in strenuous physical activity.

4. Waiver and Liability Release

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in baseball involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, injuries from hit or thrown balls, bats, or falls.

• Release: Participants and their guardians hereby release Perfect Game, its staff, volunteers, and the venue owners from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during the event.

• Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury, participants authorize Perfect Game to seek emergency medical treatment if a parent or guardian is not immediately available.

5. Media Release

• By participating, you grant Perfect Game the right to use photographs, video recordings, or digital images of the participant for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and future event flyers.

8. Updated Weather & Refund Policy

• Weather Cancellations: In the event of rain or inclement weather that prevents the competition from taking place, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants who were unable to compete.

• Partial Completion: If the event is shortened due to weather but the participant has already completed their specific events, no refund will be issued.

• No-Show Policy: If a participant fails to show up for the competition for any reason other than a full event cancellation, no refund will be provided.

• Check-in Requirement: To be eligible for any weather-related considerations, participants must be present or following official event communication channels for delay updates.

7. Governance

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of which you are participating in.
